The Phone Riser was a game changer! So many of my friends at the gym inquired about the device when I was using it! No strain on my neck and cardio time went by in a breeze! Thank you CHCK3D!
It might seem pricey for a piece of hard plastic, but it’s the only product I could find that is compact, adjustable, and fits this purpose, and I will always happily pay for something that I use daily that makes my life better in a small way. The large one fits perfectly for the treadmills at my area Planet Fitness locations: Matrix and Lifefitness. It props my iPhone pro max in landscape mode so I can watch videos and doesn’t block the fan and I can still figure out the elapsed time
This is an Awesome Product! Delivers as advertised. Makes the time on the treadmill a breeze. Running or incline walking is hard enough, the Phone Riser relieves the stress on the neck and allows for much better posture.

Thought it was going to be metal for the price, however I am pleased with the functionality.
I bought 3; my gym partner, his wife and myself. They are mens and womens physique competitors so always on a cardio machine. Works great. Feels sturdy. Going to buy 3 more for my other friends.
As someone who likes using the elliptical,, treadmill and stair master. I like to watch videos, it but it use to be uncomfortable because of the eye level which would put extra strain on my neck and with my head tilted down it would force me to be in an uncomfortable position, but with the phone riser I can watch a video or game while exercising. Definitely no more strain on the neck and breathing got way better. Now I can push even harder. Definitely recommend

The Spark Behind the Phone Riser
Our Founders
Our founders—a couple united by their love for fitness and innovation—embarked on this journey together. As avid gym lifters, with my fiancé (at the time) being a personal trainer and me a Mechanical Engineering student, we faced a common challenge. My wife spends an hour daily on the stairmaster, using her phone for entertainment to make the cardio sustainable. However, the constant hunching over her device caused neck strain. We knew there had to be a better way to stay engaged and maintain proper posture during workouts. The idea for the Phone Riser was born from this personal frustration, sparking a collaborative project to solve it.
From Idea to Reality
What began as a problem to solve turned into a passion project, starting with designs in SolidWorks and prototypes on my Bambu Lab 3D printer at home. Leveraging my engineering skills and my wife's expertise as a trainer, we crafted the first Phone Riser to fit her stairmaster routine—sturdy, adjustable, and perfect for long sessions. From those initial home-printed models, our partnership as fiancés and co-founders grew into a business, blending technical precision with real-world fitness insight to create a product that transforms cardio for others too.
